Ah, OK.
What's not to envy?? They get to sit in front of a monitor all day, staring intently at who's logged in, probably even seeing what we're doing... or maybe thwacking the odd computer to make it work again... or maybe seeing if they can out a bug... or just drinking coffee and spending the intervening time going to the loo...
