Yep! My 2 songs Hotel California and Imagine down before the final 8!
Oh well! Still good songs left, but what are the Brits doing with Roxy Music making it so far?

Isn't it sad!
HERE'S THE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH!!!
After 62 matches the final two left standing are a bit of a surprise to me, being that they are both from the very beginnings of Rock n Roll in the 1950s. There is an arguement for many other songs to be here other than these, but somehow it seems fitting that two of the founding fathers should face off for the title.
So here goes-
Johnny B. Goode – Chuck Berry
vs.
Jailhouse Rock – Elvis Presley
Thank you for making this so much fun!

Bleh. Ian says that in the summer Olympics, no players from professional teams are allowed to play... interesting eh!>???

That's were it all started with the pro basketball players "The Dream Team". Then the tennis players. Now the last couple winter olympics have had the hockey players. It's all because of the whinning Americans complaining that the Communist countries "ametuers" were really professionals. Being that they only played their sport and got payed by their country to do so, while we had to use college and high school players.
Oh well, the Olympics have never been as pure in reality as we beleive them to be anyway.
