Yes I did catch the USA / Portugal scores. Messages kept coming in whilst I was in the office, no one could believe the score.
I saw the highlights on TV a couple of hours age. And it seems that Portugal can't believe what happened either. They just didn't turn up and play. They probably expected to stuff the US easily so didn't bother - silly them

Is there no refuge from the !!!!
We have just got back from a couple of days at the lakes. We explored dark caves, drank Cocktails by the lakes, ate and chatted often about mutual friends (ie you lot!), go to a winery and then walk by a lake ans\d see a on the other side (well it was too far away to see if it was a or just a tower so we decided it was a tower
Oh we played a very silly game last night which I am sure could translate well on here - jut have to think about how best to do it!

Very well, thanks, Lighters - though that might just be because I've just been on a day off.
How's Goshland?

Gosho land is excellent! I have been made extreemly welcome at Gosho Towers. There has been a suitable amount of eating and drinking. Then there has been the talking and giggeling and the music - we have been to see one live band already and aim to go to another tonight, and have been playing CD's too. And that is just the cats!!!!!!!
What have you been doing with your day off?

Not much; I was over at my parents' place most of the day and spent some time with my brother. As you're probably aware, I spent some time at the pub on the way home!
Give my regards to Goshers and Co.!
