Ask a glass of water
Saw this site a while ago. Registered. Never got down to posting entries. Came back, and saw it was now part of the BBC. Couldn't remember User ID. Or password. Decided not to register again.
And then i saw the news today.
And remembered how sad i was to know that P G Wodehouse was dead. And that i couldn't write to him. And so many others. i could have written to Gerald Durrel. Or Asimov. And so many others. But i didn't. All these people who made me want to become a writer... i never thanked them.
We never learn, we carbon-based ape-descended life forms.
p.s. i will write to Arthur C Clarke and Woody Allen and James Herriot.
