Hmmmm - could be 
Or maybe its just a dumb cat infatuation... I don't have cats at the moment (I guess a student house isn't exactly the ideal loving environment for a kitty), but have two dumb furballs back home.
Any reason for the nickname? (here's hoping that I've bumped into Michelle Pfeiffer complete with cat suit...

More Ertha Kitt than Michelle Pfeiffer, I'm afraid. Why the nickname? One of the children I teach calls me Catwoman. It's not a long story, but isn't really worth telling. I also used to be in a band called Furball, seeing as how you mentioned the word, but that's a rather tenous connection/reason.
Why Catfish? Do you too have long whiskers that neatly approximate the width of your body at its widest point? Oh, no that's just cats, isn't it. So then, why?
