I'm getting married!!!

I am! We got engaged over Christmas, but had to order the ring, coz it has to be specially made. It should be ready next week!
We plan on actually getting married sometime in 2003, possibly August.
I'm so happy, I'm bouncing! After all the s**t life's thrown at me lately, it feels so good to know just how much I am loved. And I love him more than I thought possible.

I let my conversations build up soooo badly! I decided to clear out the old ones and unsubscribe, to give myself a bit of breathing room. It took me just over 2 hours! How the hell did it get so busy?! I must learn to unsubscribe to stuff.
Yeah, right, gonna happen....not!

Abysmal Customer Service

I have Telewest Cable TV. I don't want it. I've been trying to get rid of it since June. Would they disconnect me? Would they hell!
Phone call after phone call. Letter after letter. Then they start sending me bills. And oddly enough, these bills threaten to disconnect me if I don't pay them.
Needless to say, I didn't. So I ring them up, and ask them, yet again, to come and take the set top box away. They tell me "sorry, we cannot disconnect you because you owe us money". 
This morning, I get a letter. Informing me that my account is suspended, and that if they don't receive 6 month's money in 10 days, they will cut me off, and charge me £150 for the set top box!!
This is the most appalling example of customer service I have ever come across. I am truly disgusted.
And yes, I am writing to their Head Office!

We've been hit by the CSA. They want more than we can afford. We might end up losing the house. We might end up bankrupt.
I feel like the drowning man. I just get my head above water and think about swimming for the shore. Then along come the CSA, and tread on my head.
Christmas has just been shattered.
