Not that I feel particulary British (being Scottish, and weird - not liking the to-come mentioned) but I think it's marmite on toast. I only point this out because, I've watched far too many Australian soaps where they eat vegemite, and my mother, who was known for her particular love of hiding the marmite from my father (who could do with missing a couple of meals...!) in obscure places, like the desk drawer. Apart from both being rich in vitamin B (so I'm told), the Australian version is aparantly stronger. Allegedly.
