Greetings from Texas. Welcome aboard the guide. Don't have much to contribute about tea. And although some claim Texans are a breed unto themselves, I don't see it.
However, at least you know there are other Yanks (so to speak) here.

I like Texas!!! I haven't been to Austin, however. But I've been to Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Big Sandy (a the Pines Catholic Camp) and loved it all! most of the jokes I've heard about Texas weren't true . . . for instance, I made it in and out of Texas without having to stop at a "dipping station."
I also have some really good friends from Texas (not to mention a brother in Houston . . . who took us to Galveston one time, so I've been there to!), anyway, those friends are in my band. Their from Tyler and that's how I found out about the Pines and Big Sandy.
