firstly it says it has been referred to someone else, the community team, so hasn't been removed yet as such, you won't have an E.Mail until decision has been made and it is removed. The other post has been removed, I expect for slightly rude content, didn't read it so don't know. Perhaps the whole thread was moved as thought to be more of a personal space thing.

At a guess, the first one has been refered as it is asking if you know what someone looks like, if I remember correctly, I have not seen it since thread started. I know you are asking if anyone has seen YOU, but the person refering it to team may not have noticed that, or is not certain about the keeping details of users secret thing , hence referal.
