I just read a reply to an email I sent to the office manager a couple of days ago (we've got Blackberries, that's how I read it at home!) which was a buit of a whinge. There are two layers of managers between me and him. His reply said 'Thank you for bringing this to my attention'.

I might have stirred it up a bit and probably annoyed some important people. Oops!
