I only learned about links last week, what i do is at top of page were it says 'address' i click it then use the mouse key from where you see capital F and hightlight the rest of it, then go to edit/copy, click that, then when you go to type a message/post in the space click edit/paste and that thread should come up, give it a go.

Yes that worked, it went back to my last post, you can use that for any post from any thread, and use the same thing if you want to copy a different internet site to this site, but highlight it from the http thing.

Bk just a quick question about the links, I have put one on my page for the musicians guild. If I want to put a link to my email addy it doesn't seem to work for some reason do you know how to do that too?

Sorry Cheryl, not too sure, like you i am still learning, but have looked at you ps, and your e-mail address is on there what are you trying to link it to, always be a little careful about showing you address where anybody can see it, unless you are giving it to someone you can trust or know well.

I was just trying to do a link so you could just click on it to email me, some ppl have done it on theres I think. I have only put my hotmail one on there so I'm not too fussed about putting that one up coz it isn't the main email address I use, besides I can always put my email blocks on if I didn't want someone to email me.

see, there again have no idea what hotmail is, my daughter uses it, but i am just happy with my e-mail address, it keeps things simple for me and brain, sometimes i feel like an air traffic controller watching planes flying well above my head

Well hotmail is just a free email address you can use as well as the one you have now, you can also dowload hotmail messenger to chat to ppl on there. I just use it as a seperate email address coz I don't usually give my main one out unless I know someone pretty well. But I know what you mean and it can be hard remembering so many passwords all the time lol.

emm, i might try and get one of those hotmail thingies, problem is it sounds like a porn site...... hey it sounds even better now

Sorry, yes did that and have linked on, have got another e-mail address, dont really know why though, [email protected] or something like that, not too sure if it ended in co.uk or .com, but it is set up

Cool so I guess that means you already have one then lol. Earlier ones tend to be .com and then they did .co.uk ones for some reason, that is why mine is .com and I think you can change a .com to a .co.uk one ok I'm confusing myself now lol. Anyways feel free to email me if you like

I sometimes get confused with having two but only coz I have different passwords and tend to forget which one is for which and then wonder why I can't sign in for lol
