results that is, for the courses to do with work 
in otter news, now studying for my fitness instructor gym based, course, albeit without the course manual as they can't seem to provide it to me accessibly... so I'm just learning my way through the course silibus… 
already seem to be getting over pass mark on past exam papers, without having studied it all yet 
in otter news, its too hot for me to exist again. melting cooked a massive curry last night

Very hot here as well 
We may set a new record. I will stay indoors and do some day hoovering because my sister will come visit me for a few days. Too hot to be outside anyway
Cooked about 2 kilos of chili con carne last night so we will have something to feast on. And I was lucky to find a 3 liter bag in box 
from South Africa. I've been looking for it for some time because it tastes excellent for its price and it's 15 percent

Still hot here... but cooled down a bit today... we missed the storms last night 
- but could hear the thunder, which apparently was all around, us, but just a few miles away =- according to people in the pub last night...
now three days with no sleep due to heat... really hoping I can finally sleep tonight
