A smart one apparently. Think I've got it doing most of what I want, within its limitations... very odd things.... exercising raises my HR a bit.... but my HR is highest at night - its also at its lowest at night, which makes sense...

Last night's one was epic... I'd just woke up after sleeping about an hour or so, after having a dream a slightly odd dream... - I assume I got a huge adrenalin rush from the dream... - as when I looked this morning, it'd registered a HR of 220 at pretty much that point

Lifting a 20 KG bar, squats, deadlifts, bicept curls, upright row, raises my HR less than 3 minutes plank

i'll wear it to boot camp Wednesday; that was exhausting last week... first time in ages, where I ached properly the day after exercise/gym... - still do a bit.

having a long weekend off from gym, Fri until Monday, when we're back to work with clients.... busy week again, Mon through to Thursday with the boot camp Wednesday

Catching up on laundry today, and awaiting amazon delivery... - hope to go out for a meal tonight, for a change; we can't recall if we've been out for a meal, since some time last year

Online grocery shop arriving tomo9rrow, mainly some frozen stuff, mainly fish

Hoh yus…! - this watch is so smart it will control the playback of Frank Zappa on the big celestion speakers (via the Zappa discology stored on my smartphone) - technology has finally caught up; a frank Zappa music controlling wrist watch I feel so geeky

To think that one could finally control Zappa. It's inconceivable!

I know, man, like, blow my mind, totally, its, like, so tubular, I mean, like, you know, its so all kinds of awesome like - It keeps catching me off guard; I've accidentially pressed the play on the watch; then I walk to near my mobile phone; and Zappa is coming forth! - luckily I've got Monty Pythons as my ring tone ATM, as a change from Vira Lynn Which reminds me, must put Vira onto the watch, for a ring tone there

Oh, how true... how true.... sometimes I think I remember too clearly.... to well.... forgetting is the hard bit.... all that time I recall, floating in the abiss…. the molecules, so-many molecules... and then the light... the sudden lights... and the amassing... the solidifying, the mantle, the crust.... the waters arising.... and then the lands.... the mud... so much mud.... nothing but mud.... and the sharks, of course... I'll never forget the sharks... paddling through the muds, through the waters, avoiding the sharks... and the light... so much light.... and several million years to wait until the first bus turned up

And to think that after all that time - all those ordeals - it was only 42 bus stops later before we finally met at Shakespeare's Head
