I have absolutely no idea how I'm going to out weird that.... but... hey... it'll be fun finding out
Another day... another hour at the gym lots of dips, pullups, leg lifts and leg raises in the climbing frame contraptiom five sets of squats with the bar 3 longer sets of reps on the bench pressing.... err... severl sets of bicep curls on the barbell didn't get to use the inclined bench press today, someone was on it.... so did some lat pulls... a bit like the lat pull downs, but instead of having to go find the bit of equipment just to do that; I move the bar down, in the squat cage, and laying under it, sort of do reverse sit ups, pulling my self up to the bar, feet on the floor, far in front of me... sort of works the lats, plus forearm and uper arm and chest, and a bit on the abs I think get done with that too... then more dips, pullups, leg raise/lifts in the climbing frame sets of stretches between all the exercises finished wiht more curls and squats and some more of the weird lat exercise pullup sort of things... then went to the cardio room... getting a bit fatigued by that point, so just managed ten minutes on the bike at 24 KM/H plus the 25 minute walk to and from the gym
hmm... talking of werid.... has there ever been a blind transvestite weight lifter at the lymphics or simular? - mind cardiology at the hospital won't let me lift any actual heavy weights which is annoying hence I just do lots of sets with the 44 Lb bar (20 KG) Hmm... actually not sure cardiology would be happy about all the calosenics I'm doing, pulling up my own body weight etc

yep... and also some rediculusly big biceps and tops of the arms, and shoulders... and chest... - I've never had muscles like this before - the definition on my arms, and upper legs is just weird and my are increasing in size day by day I'll need a bigger bra soon no wonder I've crept up a little on the scales.... this muscle just wasn't there three months or so ago and my waist is still shrinking even if my chest measurements keep going up

I just got an email from my mail order/insured Rx provider regarding my recent order. They just wanted to confirm that I knew that they would be charging me $2000 for my testosterone gel. The person on the phone actually seemed surprised and didn't know why they were charging me that much of a copay.

Another 3.5 hours spent on the train for the sole purpose of getting my pens. No way they can ship them to me. Because red tape.
But hey, they pay me £12.36 more for the train fare than it actually costs me and I got some necessary reading done on the train so it's not all bad
And since the pens now come in packages of 4 I now get 8 every time so only have to take this trip every 8 weeks.
And then I tricked them into giving me 9 this time by telling them I had run out when I needed my fix on Monday

- I'm working on slightly overstocking the injectible growth hormone pens.... - the GP surgary messed up already - I got one shipment arrive, a months worth; then phoned the next day, by the pharma company; sayng they'd been sent another prescription by the GP (by mistake?) so wanted to organise my next shipment.... which is err... soon to arrive I think I'll order the next regular 'lot', when the first suppy is half way through; so I should end up with a constant month ahead supply - actually talking of meds supply, I had to not* get a repeat prescription of my steroids, this month, as I am.... overstocked... I think I counted up to about 500 tablets the fridge - I take 4 sometimes 5 a day - mind, I do need oversupply; if ill I can double or tripple my dose, so its good to have plenty in... but If I'd ordered more this time, I'd have had to go buy a new fridge just for meds I also seem to be collecting needles.... about a dozen IM needles (two or three difernt sorts), plus half a box of subcutainious needles; and now each one use pen, comes with its own needle, so I've at least got th e backup spare subcut needles should I need them - mind, did have to sort through my meds in the fridge the other day; one bottle of liquid codine, out of date, and a ton of levothyroxin tablets, my body can't tollerate but which I need to be taking if the Drs can ever be bothered to script the new liquid form I'm ment to have started
Seeing my nurses tomorrow. at endocrinology.
The one who told me I'd never get back into my skinny fit levi's should I think be the one who will weigh me, measure my waist and hips as part of the growth hormone measurements/trial thing... plus take bloods.... - not sure if I should wear a tight fitting dress to show off my waith like waistline and hips, and increasing bust or wear the skinny fit jeans she said I'd never get back into ,b
must chose my words carefully tomorrow. they always ask me 'how are you'. - I can't say honestly... can I? "slowely being killed by incompetant, neglegent Drs who seem unable to think or write letters, and who don't do what they say they will do." or maybe I should. i'll probably just be happy and smiley. telling them the truth doesn't achieve anything, as they arn't the incompetant neglegent Drs I must get them to look on the hospital system, though, find out why endo Dr hasn't prescribed the liquid levo, and see if they've got any access to my cardiology stuff, at least find out if I'm due to die in the imediate future from the aneurysm, depending on what the MRI scan showed... plus I can hopefully arrange my next testosterone IM injection, which is due soon (adnn they will say "we have to get your GP surgery to prescribe this, for next time" - as they say every time, for two years now, and then, don't write to my GP to get it scripted from the surgery
Just tried to nap, but coudln't due to the heart palpitations when I lay down. so tired.

Maybe a certain photo-buff Ostrich should be poked at, now that he knows that he's been walking past the door to The Flat nearly daily for *years*...

OO... didn't know he was into taking photos... - he and I talked of meeting up I seem to recall... years ago when he moved this way... then, we kinda forgot, then I got all the ill and... it got even more forgot Ill get William to take some, maybe tomrorrow if the suns out again...
Mind, I'm not exactly in a figure justice delivering 'top' - as its always boiling hot in the hospital, I decided it'd be easier to wear a skirt and top; plus, given I'm in the hospital, and only guessing what examintions or test for the first time in a while... I can just about fit two oe me in it its a little bit roomy - its a good one for blood letting as they can access the whole of each arm, and more often than not now, they have to use blood vessels above my elbow, sort of half way up the bicep as all the others have died long ago from needle fatigue
