I also am a Traveller in Time. I use a technique that I call "waiting".
It works well but can be tedious in practice.

I have very few vices. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use illegal drugs. The vices that I do have, I practice vigorously. Procrastination is one of those vices.
Is there a support group for recovering procrastinators?
