h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

How come Tom is labelled "not on h2g2 much", whereas I am "not speking to you"? Maybe I just haven't got round to thinking of anything interesting to say: my life's not that interesting you know!
There are so many people I haven't talked/writeen/e-mailed// to for far too long, but just writing to you all is yet another thing to get round to!
Anyway, end of rant - how are you? (not that I'll probably be back here for a while to read the reply...)

Surprisingly, I've read it already!
Apology entirely accepted, it was just that Lifson pointed it out to me, and I actually hadn't been around enough to find it.
Must get round to learning some smilies, so I can have one for all occasions - this post isn't nearly colourful enough!

BTW, like the title: "vegetarian and torturer" is one of the best pairings I've seen in a while!

How can you be tired? It's the middle of the day. Now, I normally have to be very careful about this sort of thing, because I end up looking very foolish when it turns out the person I'm talking to is from, say, New Zealand. But I'm pretty sure that Reading is in the same time zone as Sheffield, bizarre though that may seem. Speaking of which, take a look at my Sheffield article, which i'm in the middle of adding to.
