I'm not sure, I just tried to go through it all, but it could be different if you haven't done it before. Well, I *think* it's like this:
Click on Account Info
Click on Edit/Create Profiles
Click on Create New Public Profile (and accept the terms)
Create the profile - voila!
Oil the hinges first ...
