Those who send off the spam don't care whether the recipient's name is male or female...
I have an old account at go dot com with a definitely female name, and I've only ever received spam about penis enlargements, never breast enlargements.

I got soo much spam to my Ralphferretthotmailcom email address that I ended up having to abandon it.
I would never have thought that Ralph Ferrett would be that common a name.
