Um, well.
I'm under the impression I'm writing my own space introduction here, so if it appears elsewhere - sorry!
I hadn't intended to get this involved, but h2g2 is just such a brilliant place I haven't been able to leave it for the last 3 days. I've just been wandering round looking at sites (BOF Inn, the non-religious one, etc) absolutely entranced. So, I thought I'd better play ball myself.
The only qualifications I have for being here are a long term love of HHG2TG (right from the original radio broadcasts in the late 70's/early 80's) and a more recent involvement in the mobile internet, which is kind of like a nascent hitchhikers guide if you look at it sideways through half closed eyelids.
So - here I am. I won't waste any more time, I've got to go and follow some gurus and aces round this place, and hopefully get completely lost!

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
