That's just me, I'm afraid, not the pizza, pizza boys practically never "knock knock" Arnie style, for one, because of having their hands full with a hot greasy box instead of a machine gun, which makes it much less impressive, and secondly because they usually lack the muscular development, what with all those flabby carbs...
