It's all about me, isn't it.
First off, not having any clue what so ever as to who my audience is who will be reading this and having been forwarned by H2G2 not to mention anything personal about myself, I see it only fitting that I must create a faux image of myself. Let us leave the issue of race out of the picture because I have yet to win any races since my high school years, nor have I cared to enter any. As far as sex, this also must be not mentioned because as a man (oops, that was personal) there are three topics I refuse to discuss- religeon, politics and sex. Why? The first two topics only lead to opinions and frustrating and heated debates. The third and last but not least, sex, (a) should remain behind closed doors, under kitchen tables or on top of kitchen counters or in the backseat of all 1974 Nash Rambler station wagons (b) I don't kiss and tell (c) I don't remember the last time I rode in the backseat of a 1974 Nash Rambler station wagon let alone under any kitchen table.
I'm not British. Although I have been informed by my parents I am descended from a long lineage of Brits and Scotsmen and the apes, with a mix of Heinz 57. Like the ketsup my blood does run red when unfortunate accidents occur or when the IRS comes knocking.
I'm an ecology educator for grade schoolers from Kindengarten to High School. This entails taking groups of them into the woods and telling them what a tree is. Sadly, 99.4 % of them have never been in the woods. I'm also a retired graphic artist. This entails taking groups of clients into the woods and telling them what a tree is. Unlike the students, I wanted to leave most of the clients in the woods. Hence being retired from that field of graphic arts. Now, I paint oils and illustrate for myself. Which entails taking myself into the woods and illustrating the tree where I left the last of my clients.
I'm an advent nature photgrapher, on a diet and attempting to keep ahead of the only race I was entered in without my approval, the Human one. Thank you for understanding and have a good time.
