because of the health problems I've had since last xmas etc, mu sister and mam want me to "downsize" my home - to move from this "4" bedroom house, to a ground floor flat/bungalow BUT! as my prostrate and heart have now been given the all clear I don't want to move- I've paid money out for the flooring and furnitureIn a smaller place - it'd NEVER fit and then it's either sell for next to nothing or dump = NO WAY!

And moving's so much work....

"they" think that I'm now "buggered" heart etc I told them from the start, that nothing has changed healthwise, apart from the prostrate prob'which is now sorted

Lady across the street's kids came and set her up with a bedroom downstairs after she fell last year. It works well, and her house is lovely.

I've never been strong in my legs and I know for 100% that I don't do enough (any) exercise and I know I should (one day) but! Hey I've survived so far
