Ha. They won't even look at it until Monday or Tuesday. Just limping along with a different computer.

oof, so it wasn't something you could fix yourself then
we are very lucky we have a good guy to fix our computers. I wasn't to sure what was wrong with Hiccups, if I sent if off under the warrenty and it turned out it was someting that we had done I would have had to pay for their time and the courier costs
If it was easy fix I would have likely coughed up for all the hassle it is to send stuff back and read all the small print.
It was frazzled, nothing to do us and although he had taken it away and dropped it back he didn't want me to pay him his £20.
I made him take a £10 because I was grateful for all the advice he had given me, and for petrol, told him to treat himself because he made me very happy and confident to get it fixed without fretting.
Him and the consumer rights lady who told me what to write.

Hey guys
Any news on the computer yet?
It is quite a lovely morning here, I have lots of sparrows visiting my garden.
Naughty kitten sits on the chair staring intently out the patio door making chattering noices.
I didn't do very well on the cat quiz, so was interested to learn about the many voalisations that cats have.
Scratchy makes about 3, I want something, I am going to puke, and occasionally he runs in from the garden and just roars like a tiger, a very quiet tiger.
Naughty kitten though is very vocal and goes through a fair few of that 100 possibles, we try hard to keep up with her, obviously we are a bit slow as she has taken to meowing and going to the front door and stretching up to touch the keys dangling from the lock to make it clear she wants to go out the front
How is life in general with you two?

Hi, Peanut.
Yesterday the guy said he was working on the computer and that it was a software issue. I hope we'll hear today that he has it fixed.
What a fun kitten! We call that chattering 'antiaircraft noises'.

*keeps fingers crossed*
what a amazing description of the chattering noice, spot on
while I remember can I ask you a quick guide question, goes on and asks
say I was writing a liquor entry with HD, ok he is doing the writing,I'm being sort of helpful, probably, anyway
we want to include some recipes obviously, and one of them was from a book, how would I go about that?
can I just reference it, and the persons website
or would I need permission or something

If you just link to the recipe, that's fine.
You can't copy the recipe - that's a copyright violation.
You can quote from something - a short quote - with reference.
But not a whole recipe.

Hi guys
I have news from the garden, a hedgehog has visited I didn't see it but it pooed on the patio
Talking of poo, we think the naughty kitten has pooed on the neighbours conservatory roof which is worse than when Scratchy puked on it
How are you two?

Fine, thanks. At least, the cats haven't done anything awful.
We've just had about three solid days of heavy rain and thunderstorms, unusual for us. It's interrupting the work being done around the complex. Our back door is still off on the porch, and the parking lost out front is still unfinished, so we're parked in another lot, but at least they finished all that painting.

I expect they are just choosing their moment
with the thunderstorms, smell of paint, the parking lots and the porch door
the inconvenience humans put upon them ,aren't you moping their fevered brows?

We have seen the hedgehogs, Hiccup spotted them when shutting her window
I think it is a full moon tomorrow night, I wonder if it is going to hedgehog party night again
I really don't like it having work done on the house, how you holding up?

Oh, there's worse.
The guys that painted the concrete floors of all the ground-floor porches did something wrong.
Then, when the power washers showed up, a lot of the paint came off.
Key: Complain about this post
