We had lasagne. I guess I'd best go to bed now, it's past 1am. There's just one thing I have to do first, or else the Post account will get busy again.

I'm at Heathrow now and should be back home in a few hours,all going well. I won't stay up long tonight, though, I have a loyt of sleep to catch up on.

How is work going? Did you go to the swimming pool today?

Hey. I just finished the work five minutes ago. It was a lot, and as usual, they were in a blinding hurry.
But we went to the pool this morning. It was beautiful - blue, still water, until we got in, lovely blue sky, warm sun, no clouds...perfect. We swam for about an hour, then came back for lunch, and I went back to work.
You're such a cycling fiend now, we expect you to appear in the Tour de France.

Maybe I'll go to the pool one day. If I can muster enough courage.
