Replaced by work rage. As of tomorrow they're banning the internet except before and after work and during lunch

I guess ultimately - people are spending too much time on the net because there's no work to do.

And this is a way to make them try harder, I guess...

The best advice I can give you is "set phasers to grin, and bear it". It'll turn around some day.

I know, it'll pass and then things will get better, but in the meantime, what's the point of blocking the only good thing about this job at the moment, and keeping us from complaining about it?!?

As I said above, probably to 'urge' you all to try even harder and be more inventive... I'm not saying it's a *wise* move, mind, but maybe the bosses see no other way to try and turn things around...

Yeah, maybe increase staff turnaround.
