Oh, thats right, you did too! So you really ARE bad at English assignments. But that's all. Thing is, you're pretty new to essays, so naturally you're not confident. But if you don't enjoy the essay, you shouldn't do it, and you should let your, er, essay guy know, because he may not be too confident either. The only way to enjoy doing essays is to take your time with them, and not feel pressured.

Thats cool, because the essay guy wants you to know he just enjoys being in the same class as you, and will go easy on the essays as long as you like. Because as good as essays are, they are not everything. Other things, like screenings, are fun too. As long as you attend class from time to time, the essay guy will be happy.
The essay guy also would like you to know that if you want him to shut up now, he will.

I'm supposed to be tidying the godawful bomb site that is my room before my brother gets here, but I can't be bothered.

Hello! I just visited the movie site I post on (CHUD.com). I started a thread there a while back for Kiwis and Australians, and its going pretty good, but we got our first troll today, some American ranting on about the Sydney riots! Too funny. If you visit my name is Samurai Mike .
Got your room tidy yet?

We have had some funny trolls here. My room looks even worse, but it's getting there. I'm doing a proper clean, everything out of the wardrobe and organised and a bag of juck chucked out.

Whenever I clean my room (not often) I usually just throw stuff in my wardrobe, which is stacked with all kinds of junk now, magazines, toys, empty boxes. When I move out I think I'll just seal it up and wallpaper over the door rather than try and clean it out!
My boss gave a six-pack of beer as a Xmas gift .

That's what I usually do, but every now and then I clean properly or I can't get into the wardrobe.
I'll help you drink it , unless it's Tui. If it's Tui you'll have to drink it yourself
.

Its Waikato. I have no idea if its good or not, beer all tastes the same to me. I got my grandfather some liquer chocolates for Xmas, have you ever tried them?

You can get liquer chocolates with whiskey, Irish cream, cointreau, or sherry in them, quite nice. If you go into town, go upstairs in Farmers, they have a big range. I'll get you some if you want .
If I'm at a pub, I drink Heineken, or Stella, or Beks, 'cos they have cool bottles!

I'm not sure what everyone's plans are for socialising this Xmas. Usually we have a bit of a piss-up Xmas Eve, but my uncle stuffed that up last year by getting VERY drunk and then VERY sick which p***ed my mum off. New Years Eve we're hitting the town I think (by we I mean my 2 sisters & their partners, a couple of my friends from uni, Phillip and any date he might have, and you and me hopefully ). Should be fun.

Although a Xmas piss-up sounds tempting, I think it'll be a family thing this Xmas, considering my brother's here and I will only be not working for a few days while he's here. New Years piss-up sounds good though unless my parents have plans.

Cool. I'm going to my sister's for Xmas Day, where I always feel out of place, yay! I'd love to have you there, but such is life. I'll just have to make fun of everyone else as best I can without you! I do that when I'm uncomfortable. Reflex action.
Then I have a trip to Wellington with the extended family mid-January, which Dad got the tickets for just before we started going out . We could probably get you a ticket if you wanted to go, but its a bit much to ask of you when you're working.
