Was fine, I've decided to mostly quit boozing...
Unfortunately the local has steak and chips on for £1.50 tomorrow so it will be a slow quitting (also I'm going to Dartmouth Reggatta and have to saves pots of dosh...)
How was yours?

Best way to revise is to use the programs to do the stuff you want to do... Really all this PC stuff is hands on....
Though you can teach me Excel and Access if you like.... I can't get them to do what I want to do yet... And I'm sure they should..

Here then gone....
Perhaps our wedding should be delayed to the 2500's to give you the chance to do what you have too...

Don't joke about that it will probably take me that long to pass the blooming thing*senses some hostility to study at the moment*
How has your day been Ash? good ,bad or mediocre or spectacular..

Ha, the gym pronounced me severely unfit today, I've been taken off exercises where I have to lift my hands above my head and advised to see a doctor just to be sure.... I hadn't been all week.. I was just a bit low for some reason...
I'm still quiting the booze (and fags now a colleague a bit older than me has been diagnosed with cancer...)
I'm gonna be hell to live with for weeks...

for stopping smoking and getting fit.My cousin quit and did it by drinking a glass of water and eating a raw carrot each time he felt like smoking. It worked well for him ,and he has been stopped for 10 years now no relapses either.
I am an avid non smoker of the worst kindBut seriously think of your colleague and that should be your incentive to stop.I had to visit respiratory ward (where all the smoking related lung diseases patients are)and when you see them with the oxygen masks on and still struggling for breath ,they all have the same expressions of sadness on their faces and despair
So what if you are a little tetchy for a while think of how great it will be ,to be fit and well.Life is for living to the full Ash,you go for it

Since I rarely eat much and have smoked and drank too much for so long ... I would guess, maybe, I don't have much to worry about for too long
Failing that I'm getting to be a fat git and will continue exercising and giving up stuff...
