Somerset does seem a lovely place to live and am sure it is a sunny warm place.I hope you are still trying to write your book.AC/DC I haven't listened to them for years I remember 'A whole lot of loving'

I am now thoroughly confused by the whole thing what book?
If it were Tuesday I may have some idea of the reason behind my lack of comprehension...
Nowadays I prefer Metallica, Rob Zombie and others, I kinda stopped listening to AC/DC after Bon Scott died (not that I listened to them that much before but I enjoyed them more before).
Strange to see we are online at the same time...

I think I've got the book reference now, no I'm not writing one as such.
I will certainly be more obscure next edit when I can be

Am rarely online with anyone I am posting to
Confusion a condition I am often afflicted byI see you are also a fellow sufferer.
I love Blues music but do listen to other kinds of music to although I can't say I have heard of Rob Zombie
Somerset
Ash Posted Jun 12, 2005
The confusion is all mine, I'm sure.
Rob Zombie used to be part of White Zombie, I think what he does is classed as heavy funk so not really a blues thing going there....
If you listened to metal more you may know him.
So what blues artists do you listen to?
Somerset
xxxxxxxxxxxx Posted Jun 12, 2005
My favourites are Robert Cray,Albert King,Muddy Waters and Freddie King. But I love old Blues and new Blues.
Do you just listen to Metal or are you a classical fan too?
Somerset
Ash Posted Jun 12, 2005
Don't most headbangers love the classics (especially those of my age)?
Please note all ref too books has been removed from my space
Somerset
xxxxxxxxxxxx Posted Jun 12, 2005
Did you forget that you wanted to write a book
So you are a headbanger then hmm ,nice to meet you and hope that your head doesn't hurt that much
Have to go and do some stuff called ironing for tomorrow so catch you around again soon
Somerset
Ash Posted Jun 12, 2005
I iron once a day...One shirt, usually just before I wear it..
I would direct you to http://www.randomrant.co.uk but you may not enjoy it...so maybe I won't.
Catch you around if you don't run fast enough...
Somerset

Iron once a dayI like to iron for the whole week ,but that is partially because I can never decide what to wear so if everything is ironed I have more time to decide.Makes sense to me anyway
So do you get the iron and the ironing board out every day and then put it away again
Somerset
Ash Posted Jun 14, 2005
No the ironing board stays up all the time, I use it as an extra shelf in times of need.
Somerset
xxxxxxxxxxxx Posted Jun 15, 2005
are you often lacking in shelf space then
What has your week been like so far on a scale of 1-10.Mine has been about a 5 but hey it is only Wednesday so who knows. My best friend has been on holiday but returns at the weekend

Is 10 great and 1 awful?
Up until a few hours ago I'd have said a 4 maybe if that's the system.
2 possibly.
I've been made a mod by one of the forums I post in.
I think it's to try to get me to behave....
Somerset
xxxxxxxxxxxx Posted Jun 17, 2005
Yep 10 great and 1 awful. If you have been modded then you are definately having a 2 kind of week
you better be on your best behaviour now because they will be watching you
Try to be more like me

I finally finished putting together 32 pages of short posts into one semicoherent long one so my work as a mod is done and I can go back to playing again.
Hopefully they'll realise I do absolutely nothing and take away the mod status by breakfast time Tuesday.
Being a moderator is a bit like owning a nuclear weapon, you have all that power available but really you don't want to use it...
Somerset
xxxxxxxxxxxx Posted Jun 18, 2005
Light finally dawned on me ,you are a moderator! not a poor soul who has been modded
So oh powerful one ,how do you decide to what extent you use this powerThat seems an awful lot of responsibility on one pair of shoulders or do you get to confer with others ?
Somerset
Ash Posted Jun 19, 2005
They made me sole moderator of the section that I posted the most on....
I think they only did it to stop some of my more extreme posts to be honest....But I hadly ever said and usually I'd asterix out the vowels (no, that isn't a misspelling, I know what I mean).
Anyway, being such an outdoorsman I have spent most of the morning cutting grass with the equivalent of a pair of scissors (okay, it was a lawn tractor thingy but is was a couple of acres and it was about 3 foot tall..) and am now hiding cos I've got a touch of sunstroke...Isn't the weather just too hot?
Somerset
xxxxxxxxxxxx Posted Jun 19, 2005
I cut my lawn yesterdayand did feel a touch light headed in the heat.I think we need some cooler fresher air now.Sunstroke doesn't actually feel that good does it?I lose my appetite in the heat and just go right off food
So have you had to moderate someone yet?
Somerset
Ash Posted Jun 19, 2005
I don't think so.
I have a feeling I'm just looking out for racist abuse and such...
I did accidently delete a post but I apologised kind of...
I am told it's going to get warmer.... I'm not looking forward to it....
Somerset
xxxxxxxxxxxx Posted Jun 19, 2005
Which forum are you moderating on then?
Hotter than this phew that is going to be tropical I think.
