I'm now in Brighton visiting relatives. Shall write up a meet report when I get home (on the 22nd), or perhaps before. For now, suffice to say that it was excellent, and that my first night at the hotel was hilarious (in retrospect).

I posted a review to the hotel, and when I went to the website to read it - Bea had just posted hers, too!

The comments were all unanimous that the reception was really good. The names given to the chappie ranged from Owner to Manager to Concierge to Front desk..... He did absolutely everything. I asked him. He said he couldn't afford to pay staff.

He seemed a jolly fellow. Shame he couldn't afford staff as he could attract more custom with a good spring clean.

Shall post my report over the next couple of days, now my muscles have settled down.

Certainly one of the best Meets I've been to for a long time. Would recommend Frenchie as a Meet Organiser Extraordinaire!!!

Yes, I felt a bit guilty that I couldn't make it after seeing the effort she was putting into it!
