The Introduction.
Hello, fellow researchers. I'm here because my life consists of researching anyway, although I haven't figured out this whole question about life and the Universe and all the rest yet, so I'm hoping H2G2 will help me getting there. Having said that, I think you should have figured out that I am a student. I am hoping to someday get a Master's Degree (of nothing in particular), and I live in Germany; which is very unfortunate because I keep mentioning the war.
People have been asking why I'm using Apocalypso as nickname. Easy. Just a few months before New Year 2000, when everybody was going on and on and on about the Apocalypse that was surely going to take place soon, I thought of this word. Apocalypso. "Has a nice ring to it, maybe I should copyright and think of something to do with it", I thought. About three days later I read the announcement that a German TV station was shooting a tv movie with that same title. Apocalypso. As this is the story of my life so far (short story, by the way)and I keep having great ideas that someone else has a day later and makes loads of money with them, I decided to keep using it. It has sort of grown dear to me by now. How's that for an introduction?
