Drums and drinks... You're well qualified.
We may have to discuss the kilt thing somewhere quiet, though.

I was concerned that you wore as much as a kilt.
Honest!

We may have to suggest a health warning for an itchy kilt.

It's uncomfortable as all hell. But that's probably just because I'm wearing it incorrectly...
Hey, if it makes me look sexy in Shea's eyes it's got to be worth it, eh?

If I say anything I'll have committed myself. Oops! I said something.

Shea the Sarcastic Posted Nov 20, 2001
How could you be wearing a kilt incorrectly? I assume you're wearing it in the traditional Scottish way?

How could you be wearing a kilt incorrectly? Do you want a list of suggestions?

Oh sh** (sound of bluff being called).
There is a long tradition of jokes (some painfully embodied in the Carry On series of films) about kilts being worn over the head (usually due to excessive wind, of the meteorological variety). Then there is the non-meteorological wind, and the tucking of kilts into trousers when moving between kilt-friendly and kilt-phobic social contexts.
I could think of more, but maybe you'll let me off now...?

It's 1:45am over here, and I can't be drunk enough if I've just typed the word "meteorological" twice. Hey! That's three times. I must be sboer.

That was the whole point of the jkoe.
I don't want to be sober. I don't want there to be only 24 hours in a day.
Some improbability might be useful here. Anybody got a couple of sonic screwdrivers to rub together?

A new little web enterprise...
If you like music, books, drinks, and especially if you like to talk about them, go to my h2g2 home page and look for the Pit. There's a new Pit outside h2g2 where we're experimenting with unfamiliar freedoms - I'll squash anything I find unacceptable, but I have a broad mind (and a big hat?).
Pass it on if you like it - and if you don't (you know the perverse people we meet around here...).

Mund,
It's great having you here but will you please stop pubicizing the Pit...

ThankYOU SSON.
I don't want to ask what you've had to put up with recently, though you can tell us if you want...
And a couple of beers or something stranger would go down very well.
