But it will be hell to keep it updated. This is one of those things that are SO much easier with a Google doc, so I'll advice to stick with that!

OOpps! Sorry Ottox, missed this! I did in the end move to a Google doc (Which b*ggered up the indents) but it's getting there. I may have to start a competition on who puts it in GuideML in the end.
Are you by any chance that other dane on fb who's name I have been unable to place?

I couldn't have done the GuideML without having seen the doc first. 
Whether I'm that other Dane is rather hard for me to tell without a bit more information. 
We have talked on fb before where I said who I am, and today there are posts in the Crossed Purposes group which also tells it quite clearly, but I'll make it even easier for you...
