You could write a piece for about how you go about selecting entries to create pictures for, how you colour your pictures and upload them to the entries that sort of thing. I think it would make a fantastic piece.

True. Might be worth writing. For The Post, I can even illustrate it, do a kind of from blank canvas to finished product kind of thing...
But I don't have the time to do it right now

Have you had any more thought to this?
I'd love to help you out regards the blobbing incentive, which by the way is a 
idea, but I feel at present the only way I could do such a thing was to have a computer genius (like yourself) go through this with me side by side in rl.

Sorry. I'm moving on Monday. My entire flat is boxed up already, except the computer and a single plate, cup, and frying pan, basically. And I've a lot of errands left to run. Now's not a good time for making step-by-step instructions.
If you have photoshop or gimp, I suggest playing around with them, and finding some web tutorials...

Unfortunately, manipulating photos is sometimes a problem.
