I have NO idea how to do anything with HTML code or GuideML code.

Try this:
1. Press the Edit Page button to edit your page.
2. Select the GuideML radio button and press Change Style.
3. Type at the start of each of your paragraphs.
4. Type at the end of each of your paragraphs.
5. Select my code and Copy it.
6. Paste my code in at an appropriate place.
7. Press the Preview button.
8. If all is well, press "Update Introduction".
