It is so good to know that marriages are still surviving for longer than a life sentence. To listen to the media you could be forgiven for thinking marriage, as an institution, is dead.
Oh, and how lovely to *meet* a man who knows it is his wedding anniversary, and how many years

Congratulations on your anniversary two days ago. I should remember your silver wedding anniversary twentyfive years ago. Was that when you went to Venice? I think it was.
