Hi az
I've started a friends list at last and you are on it.
hey there, fellow troublemaker!
azahar Posted Nov 15, 2007
Hey there,
I thought I'd replied to this! Anyhow, a belated thank you very much.
I got rid of my friends list when I minimalized by PS last year - I had everyone from the photo gallery on it and it was getting quite unwieldy. Now I just have Nog on mine and the 'reverse' one there of people who have me on their list.
I've thought of restarting my friends list but I'm really not here often enough these days for it to matter.
How are you doing?
az

How am I doing? Oh up and down as ever as we bipolars say.
I know you have just nog on your list; I think that's quite sweet. But I like to think I'm on your invisible, virtual list..
I've got really caught up in TGD thread lately, and although its sometimes been incredibly frustrating and irritating sometimes, it's also been very interesting and funny sometimes.

If you're familiar with QI then what you have to do is picture Della as Alan Davies and then you fget her and her posts into perspective.
I loved the definitions of Hooray Henry she posted

Which thread are you talking about?
I don't know who Alan Davies is...
And a for blicky. Miss you little bro.

Well that's one of the minor downfalls of living in sunny Spain.
Is it sunny for you right now? Here it is starting to get really frosty at night and "brisk" in the daytime.
Alan Davies or Davis is a very funny comedian and not half bad actor.
Anyhow he appears on QI a programme about err...stuff where Stephen Fry asks difficult questions about different categories of stuff every week and the panel get points for answering correctly or interestingly. Alan Davis always does worst int he general ignorance round where trick questions are asked and points are taken away or the obvious (and wrong) answers.
How have you been did you get the picasso picture, probably not as Im useless with that sort of thing.

Say hi to Nog and hi to the cats too if you want .

Oh the thread is TGD - "the God Delusion" thread where Della has been donig her usual trick.
In a nutshell, people who are atheists persecute christians we are morally degenerate like hitler or stalin. The bigG only makes good things happen adn all bad things that arent natural are the doings of homosexuals, communists, Americans and anyone else she doenst like.
Where she isnt resorting to way off the mark adhominem attacks eg. Im a foppish, loud mouthed, upper class wastrel dont you know her reasoning as ever comes down to this:

Hooray Henry - 'A loud-mouthed but ineffectual upper class fool' from one of Vicky's links. I find it utterly incomprehensible how she got that view of you. She really is quite unbelievable in the pictures she dreams up of people. I remeber her saying SoRB was an American in his fifties. And she got it into her head that I was Jewish
She really is hugely amusing at times, but quite impossible to pin down. Her recent expertise on public toilet sex exploits was quite an eye opener for me. She certainly taught me something new....
And hi az! You don't know what you've missed in the last few weeks on TGD thread. Best out of it probably. I tell you lately it has seriously messed with my head!

Sounds like I should have another look at that thread. I've kind of 'moved on' in the sense that I don't let people on hootoo threads get to me anymore. But that's mostly due to little or no participation on my part these days. Was a time when I used to get quite upset indeed.
Yes, the idea of blicky being a 'Hooray Henry' is pretty ridiculous.
I looked at that link you posted, blicky - what's the TripleS programmme? And no, I didn't get your picassohead - dang! Want to try again? I think if you just click on save you'll get an email with the URL to your pic and if you send that to me I can put it up in the gallery.
Do you want to do one too, Fanny?

Yes, it's still very sunny here but now getting chilly - I've had to stop wearing sandals! But otherwise and that, things are going okay.
Nog says hi to both of you.

My mistake you have to click on the "programme evaluation" link on that page. I was just trying to show-off because they put a picture of me working on the front cover.
What's the point in trying to pretend Im modest!
I'll have another go at the picassohead when Ive got a bit more free time at the moment Im still trying to get Karly's Angels into second gear.
We've done OK so far and against my, well not better judgement, more against my megolomania and childish sense of humour Ive opted for the name "Made to Measure Sports Services" as it sounds a bit more professional. When we get the webpage up and running I'll send you a link and who knows it might even be the right one.
blicky, who sticks to shouting at the children and leaves all the complicated button pressing to other people for obvious reasons.
