Hi, I'm feeling a bit calmer..hope you're good.

It's hotter than bloody Hades here! I think I went the wrong way through Hell's Gate! It's the hottest day of the year (30 Celsius) and I was out digging potatoes this afternoon.


Now I'm steaming about this little article I've agreed to write about the Child Obesity Centre at the Hospital. I'm itching to get to work on it, but until the kid's back in school there's not much I can really do.



Did I mention it's hot?
