Terrible mood

Post 1

Effers;England.

I'm in the worst mood I can remember. Just went to the shop and all the aggressive driving made it an unpleasant walk. It was all I could do not to slam my fist into a wall.

I feel utterly depressed about the news and hope for the future of the planet.

I can't even trust myself. I lost probably my best friend on h2g2 because of my nasty behaviour. I can't imagine that I could have another relationship in real life because of the mood swings getting worse. Thank god I never had kids.

But better to write it down than go out and get in a big row with someone.

And before some bright spark later accuses me of 'poor meing'. NO it's pure anger and rage..and I'll write it here if I want.

And no I don't want any hugs.

And now I'm home from my trip, so that diversion is over.smiley - erm

Except for the pictures (once I get around to uploading them)smiley - smiley

I'm sorry to here that you're on the (extreme) downswing. If it's any consolation, drivers anywhere, anytime can put even the most 'stable' of us into an unusually deep something or other.smiley - erm

I'm getting into Kroke again now on the stereo...the Jewish band with such excellent fiddle playing. The really fast stuff...interspersed with lots of expressive feeling slightly slower stuff. So this is good.

Is that the style we call Klezmer?

Terrible mood

Post 9

Effers;England.

Yes its Klezmer.

They are Polish.

From one of their albums.

'Ten pieces to save the world - what the hell makes three musicians from Cracow and their record company believe that they can save the world with their music?..'

And

'To be honest we are not sure to get through with it. But we are very sure that it is worth to try. Because deep in our hearts we know that if anything could save the world it's music.'

smiley - snork I know it's a bit much. But I need a bit much at present.

Actually the anger has come back with full intensity. Its just the way things are. If I'm part of nature its not unnatural. At least I'm safe indoors with no-one else present.

Don't worry yourself anhaga. Sometimes I need to feel this stuff. Can't push it away.

And writing here about it really helps. Makes it something in the world..not just locked up inside.

there was just some crp on the radio about the latest thing Cameron is saying that it is all to do with how we bring up kids and morals.

Nothing about the kind of society we have built for them to grow up in.

I'd be happy to see this country go up in flames if we are going to be subject to this kind of dishonesty.

It's typical offloading of things from the top, where the buck is supposed to stop. Over here there's a tendency for the Federal Government to dump on the Provinces and the P~rovinces to dum`p on the Munici`palities. Then the fingers start `pointing back at the to`p.

At least Cameron is cutting to the chase and just blaming everybody.

Except himself.

'The buck stops over there.'

sorry I'm just very angry. My whole life has been blighted since I first left uni and Thatcher came to power..and the concept of 'community' was destroyed at the expense of the 'market'...and of course I had that personally because our family was all about making money...and nothing to do with community.

As someone with mental health issues I've always struggled in the job market because of that intensity that Thatcher brought in. A lack of care for people like you used to get here.

And meeting my friend the other day opened my eyes to a lot of really bad stuff that she knows about.

So it makes me sick even more than usual when I hear Cameron's dishonest pontificating.

This is a non sequitor, but . . .

It sure is nice to be home, sitting here in my usual place, looking out over the sunny-but-elm-shaded street and seeing all the really varied people walk by, most of whom I recognise.

Feeling a tiny bit better. But the good thing I realised is that I shouldn't hold back from expressing stuff in my journal. Writing is always good. People who don't like it can remove me from their friends list.

I would hope it wouldn't always be so full on, like a blast..but more pleasant reading smiley - winkeye

But free speech is one thing we still have (to a degree), that I can feel good about to do with this country.
