Well I'm sorry I did too. But I think they probably have a job they don't like very much sometimes, especially if they don't like some of the rules themselves.
I also understand that it's very important to you to greet people in Danish, and I personally love reading your Danish messages. And /I/ know you wouldn't ever write something that would break the house rules in another language, but then they don't get to be lucky enough to know you that well.
