Not me
Well, it's 1 minute past midnight here in good ol' England, and my cat's looking at me accusingly
*thinks: I wish she'd put that light out*

I wasn't asking you personally. There's a television station here in NY that at 10:00 every night says that. I personally think that if it's 10pm on a school night, and you don't know where your children are, you may have a few problems.

*Getting serious for a moment*
This one works both ways - it's bad to not keep control of your kids, but it's just as bad to over-control them and stifle their spirit. Finding that place in the middle is very hard these days because there are so many more temptations, and opportunities for kids to get involved in something bad. My parents didn't want me to play down by the river nearby, but that was exactly where I wanted to play, and even if they told me not to go there, I knew that was just where I was going. Luckily, it was some years ago, and the older kids who hung out there were more likely to dunk you in the water than sell you crack.
