Weather isn't nice at all, but yesterday it was worse, with that indoor-waterfall caused by heavy rain.

I suppose so, but the water's just trickling down the wall. Disgusting. And the landlord doesn't seem to give a.... Not until he's got a letter explaining that under these circumstances I won't be paying the full rent. Well, I'm thinking of moving out anyway.

In Germany you have a *right* to pay less rent in that case, if you've told him of the problem and he doesn't fix it. But you have to tell him soon, so he has a chance to do the repair before it causes more damage.

I've been through this before, had some trouble with the heating... And he's had his chance, I told him in june.
Looks like we've all got our flat-problems.

At least it's summer! But I'm escaping mine and heading back to my mother'S for the next two weeks.
