I was browsing PR and found The Intelligence Index through a link: A584525
As I am currently working on a large scale community project, I would like to ask an annoying question for which there is probably a simple answer.
How did you get an entry that is "Not for review" to have a list of researchers and yourself as the editor?
It's a technique that I could find useful.
Sorry, if this is a dumb question.

Dealing with the easy bit first, I am the editor because I created the pages. It is "not for review" because I selected that option when modifying it (which you can do at any time, and revers it as well).
those on the list are listed because I added them in the "other contributers" field using their user numbers.
as to how I got such a list of researchers, it is a long and not very pretty story with lots of history. There was at one time an entry about intelligence submitted to peer review, but it contained some comments that were insulting to the intelligent.
this created a lot of fuss, resulting in the leaving of the original researcher, the banning of another one, and a totally unsatisfactory outcome.
The intelligence project was started as a response to that, under the impression that there would be a lot of people who were involved who would contribute more to the project. generally speaking this has proved to be an erronious assuption.
I hope this helps.
