Bleugh! surely you're not coming up just on Friday and back again?
I presume you mean Wednesday till Sunday next week? ie 11th till 15th?
if so, that could be done. Demon Drawer should be over here too after this weekend, so perhaps Thursday afternoon or evening next week?
I'll be on Restweek then, and hoped to get a jar or two with DD around about then. Not sure what i'm up to for most of the week, but do know I am away on Saturday 14th. Hopefully get something organised.
I'll try and drop EV a line tomorrow, but maybe get him to drop me one if I haven't spoken to him by the weekend. Could be fun! smiley - smiley

It was a good night, of gossip and real beer (only the doctor drinks this bizzare stuff that looks like something you give the doctor in a bottle... I drink real ale anyway!)
And then I had a fun weekend with my hubby. So there are now 2 people floating around h2g2 who can testify that I'm real, munchkin is one, I ran into him at a con last summer, and now lost in scotland.
That should put paid to the we don't think the doctors really got a grlfriend type forum posts. Then again, he could be paying me!
Mummy didn't get me the prupl velvet flares I wanted (I have ecletic taste ok) but she did get me a pair of red leather trousers, which was much nicer of her!

Mine was very drunken. Not much else, really.
Anyway, bear in mind, I knew you were real, even though I haven't met you! smiley - biggrin So if anyone asks, I'll say "Course she is, silly!"

i wasn't wearing red leather friday night, unless you count my jacket, iwas wearing my pretty, long black leather skirt. Its getting embarassing how much of my wardrobe is dead cow, or wants to be (I have a few fakes) but I like leather, hard wearing, practical, wipe clean...
Thankyou for believing in me!! I will get to meet you one day I'm sure!

LOL. So plans for the weekend? Me, I'm working again tonight (Saturday). Been so busy this last week or two, hardly had time to log on and keep in touch with everyone. Happens like this now and again, hopefully it will calm down soon and I can get online more again. have a good weekend whatever you are up to smiley - winkeye

Erm, I kinda, er had the doctor down staying for a couple of days, so i think you know what I was up to, yep, thats right, being dragged round every record shop in Newcastle, cos we've got a much better selection than falkirk! Oh, and cooking for him. Doing my good little housewife bit to lull him into a false sense of security!

Glad you had a good weekend. Just home from work again, and it was as if I hadn't left yesterday morning. Same rubbish, still causing problems. Can't belive how busy i am just now. This is the first proper log on in 2 days! Grrr, hope your week turns out better than mine is shaping up to be.
Did he buy much in the way of music, or is that a silly question smiley - biggrin

down there? He's willing to move? Cool!
I wish i had time and spare money to increase my meagre cd collection, but currently having little of either there, is not a lot I can do. Hold on a mo, that's the doorbell...

Jees, i just had a couple of churchy people preaching at me on my doorstep, during the middle of this post. I try to be nice to them, because they believe in their faith, and that's fine by me, I just don't like it when they try to convert me in 5 minutes on my doorstep. We have churches, if I was the least bit interested, I would go there! Why can't they take a note that I am not interested, and avoid my house in the future. Gah! Anyway keep me informed of what's happening, I am pleased for you both smiley - biggrin

I think he's more after the change of scenery than a life long commitment to me, but I don't really mind, I've had worse men, a lot worse. Churchy people tried to accost me and the doc as we left my flat on saturday morning, I wondered how the went about getting people in secure flats like mine, ifound out, they lurk outside! I decided they couldn't really interested in helping their fellow man cos they were trying to get us to talk to them instead of helping the person loaded down with loads of shopping to carry some things. I wasn't impressed. That would be a real christian thing!
At the mo I have to house hunt anyway, as the lease on this place runs out in july, so I'm could move into somewhere cheap and nasty by myself, or somewhere a bit nicer with someone special, if he wants me!

I think that last question has already been answered, and there is no confusion over that, what so ever smiley - winkeye
Well, good on you both, I say smiley - biggrin
Let me know how you get on.
W*rk is sending me down to Reading on Mon/Tue smiley - sadface
This in itself might have been ok, as I might have had a chance to get to see a few people, but now it turns out I will be effectivly doing a Backshift. I hate my job smiley - sadface

poor you. Course the Doc will have to break it to his mummy and daddy thats he's fliting to another country, I never had that problem, my mum helped me pack my suitcase the day I turned 17! (the fact that she later moved into a 2 bedroom flat with my sister just so I couldn't move back home hasn't made me bitter in the slightest, oh no)
