Gort the Musician
Yes, that's right. After countless years living as a writer, I've put my words to music. Learning to play the guitar wasn't as difficult as expected, once I learned two or three chords it was easy. Although I haven't strayed from the usual modern song topics of pressed meat and plastic army men, I think my music may have stirred some feelings in one member of my last audience. Although later it turned out that she was a Spanish exchange student and probably couldn't understand a word of it, she enjoyed it all the same. Anyhow, now that I am a certified musician, my articles can be expected to be more artsy than most others. In other words, if you are having a hard time finding any meaning in my articles, remember that it's art and that it doesn't have to have one, so settle down.
