Right, today's the Budget (note for non-Brits: The Chancellor of the Exchequer, currently Gorrdon brown, stands up in the House of Commons and talks a lot of confusing tewaddle about economics, the highlight of which are always how much tax on beer and fags have gone up).
When I left my house about an hour ago, the Budget was on TV on BBC1 (news bulletin), BBC2, ITV1, BBC News 24, BBC Parliament, ITV News and Sky News, and on RAdio 4 (news bulletin) and on Radio Five Live.
Prior to the budget, I was listening to Priume Minister's Question Time in the bath (I was in the bath, that is,not Prime Minister's Question Time), and I've decided I shoulding that, as there is something quite worrying about sitting, naked, throwing a bar of soap at the radio and shouting "no, you imbecile, ANSWER THE BLOODY QUESTION!"
Oh, and "plate tectonics" sounds really funny in a Sunderland accent.

Perhaps they shoud try 'Prime Minister's Question Time in the Bath' to improve the audience figures?

What was post 5?
Now I think of it, if they're having PMQs in my bath, does that mean I'll be naked with a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo in the House of Commons?

All this budget stuff has passed me by I am afraid (I spent yesterday engrossed in Pokemon and the glorious grossness of Wal Mart). Has Brown messed it up again?

I have to say that is a strange POV. As a staunch Tory, I've always admired Gordon Brown as being the one member of the Labour Cabinet with his head screwed on the right way round.
Of course, this could also be the exact reason why Sat hates him...

I don't hate Brown. I just seem to remember the country needing to borrow a whole bunch of cash to cover his mistakes a while back. But then, I've been in Canada a while, I've almost forgotten the existance of the UK, so my political knowledge could be going with it.

I'm perfectly in favour of Brown's borrowing. If it deteriorates the world's monopolistic banks to any extent, it's got to be a good thing.
Oh my God, how left-wing was that? **buys a LibDem campaign badge**

Let's face it, I'm politically inconclusive.
