There's a wireless connection in reception, and the PC in my flat. You do realise I actually live in the hotel, yes?

Sending beer over would be a fine idea. I might even save one for when you get here

I believe there are also restrictions about sending liquids, so I'll have to enquire about that. I wish I could remember the name of the courier firm I used to send a package to Master B last year. They were cheaper and faster than the Post Office.

Oh, good. If you have walking boots, there's a few really long Dartmoor hikes I can take you on. Fur Tor is a good one - lots of big hills and bogs. You'd get on ok with that in October, I'm sure.

Yes, and the only walking boots I have are my steel-toecapped Red Wing workboots. I don't think I'll be able to find room for those in the one bag I plan to bring with me.

The exchange rate was sitting at at about $1.76/£1.00 when we first started entertaining this idea. Much better than the $2.00+ it's been at for so long.

Now the dollar's getting strong again and it's back up to $1.83

Well, it looks like there should be a few people around to buy you beer, anyway
