Welcome, welcome, welcome, to the wonderful site of H2G2 (other wise known as hootoo - you will see this word a lot). I am an <./>ACE</.>, and I'm here to help you settle into your new home
H2G2 is a living, breathing guide to Life, the Universe and Everything, and it's something YOU can take part in. You can write entries on all manner of subjects, and if it's something you think would look good in our Edited Guide (where all the best research goes), you can submit it to Peer Review. Take a look at the <./>writing-guidelines</.> for more information on that.
I've created a little list of links, just for you, so click here <./>A1159210</.> and have a look at them (actually the links are my daughters...but hey!! Hootoo is one big family )
If you click on each link, they will take you to parts of hootoo no sane person should ever go alone on this site.....
......but as it seems no one here is sane, it doesn't matter does it!
Have a look around, pop into my personal space and read some conversations that I have on the go at the moment and you will see how things work. Don't be frightened to jump in on conversations, hootooers don't bite (well, some of them do, but I'll steer you well clear of those), just be aware of the thread you are reading and whether or not it is a private conversation between two people.
Remember, if you get lost, shout for help and hopefully I'll be around to give you a helping hand. In case I'm not around, just leave a message here <./>ACE</.> and someone will be with you just as soon as they can. Failing that, just click on MY SPACE on the left hand side of your screen and you'll get back to your personal space.
Remember, I'm here to help.

Hi ACE Godess keeper of Rob the carpet.....
thank's for the info' & links, very useful and interesting.Sorry for not replying earlier, there is so much going on in my life at the moment. In brief (if it is possible as I tend to talk too much) Ihave decided to take an alternative route for treatment of my cancer. This requires many visits to my new doctor and accupuncturist,I seem to be spending more time in medical practioners premises than any where else.Combine this with two teenage children and my wife who are all avid computer users then time becomes a boon.
Thank you again and again my appologies.
I would like to ask a question,Since my diagnosis,my wife has done much research into this type of illness and its treatment,I would like to share the information with others with the same or similar diagnoses,it will give them some insights enabling them to make more informed choices with regard to treatments e.t.c.How would I go about this?
Incedentaly I'm not looking for sympathy I am incredibly happy and feel wonderful,I would like to share what I know as I feel it can make a huge difference to quality of life and so on.
Thanks for your time, mister marble, very slow typist and waffler extrordinair

Welcome once again!
It is not compusory to be here all the time. You just enjoy yourself when you are here
I have gone to a friend to seek advice about you idea of giving information, because I am not entirely certain the Tower (BBC) will approve of a researcher giving out medical information..
But never fear, I will get back to you on this subject as soon as I can..
