Hello there Jaz'd,am doing well this week the sun has shone and allowed me to get a lot done in the garden
I went shopping for a new outfit for the second family wedding next month
And I actually did quite well on my course at college this week so all in all an 8 out of 10 week so far and I had a lovely indian meal
What have you been doing then(not eating too much I hope)

Well...define "too much"? It's been a litte on the cool side, 17 C right now & it's hovered around there for the past week. Actually it was only about 12 yesterday morning & didn't start warming up until almost noon. Haven't really been doing anything Too exciting this last while...reading, cooked up some nice dreamy chicken curry with yellow lentils & red bell peppers yesterday & I've been doing a bit more ACEing lately. Some of the students I've welcomed in the last while, are; a young Geoloogy student in London(& a Blues fan! blues_cowboy) U1579309 , an Advertising (graduate) in Idaho U1583396 , a Masters student in Software Engineering U1562007 , a Med. student in Sweden U1560305 , a Politics & Philosophy student in Manchester U1611097 & an English Lit. & Language student in Sheffield U1611241 ...just in case you'd care to say hello to anyone.

You have been busy !don't know how you find the timeI never have enough time to do everything I really need to doand I spend half my life rushing round trying to catch upI tend to ration myself to Hootoo as I could easily spend far too much time here otherwiseit is a nice place to come and chat.Thanks for the fellow Blues fans links will get round to saying hello when I have more time

The weather was lovely here today and tomorrow is to be the same

I try (but very rarely succeed) in rationing my time...so the it kind of works inthe opposite direction for me sometimes, if yo know what I mean. "Ok, I need to stop & pay the phone bill, etc, ect...3 hours should be enough time." Or I'll wonder why I'm so hungry, check the time, realize it's late afternoon & I still haven't had lunch! So I'm afraid I spend too much time here on a fairly regular basis.

Yesterday evening was an exception, I went out to dinner with a good frien & Blues buddy. He had a birthday Tuesday but was busy. Anyway I had bought him a John Mayall DVD, which he thought was great...also bought him a celebratory Scotch after our meal-name like McLennan, I Had to! It was an Italian/italian-influenced place that we ate at, so he had Spaghetti Carbonara. I got an interesting dish they'e had for years, although the name escapes me right now. Penne pasta with bite-size pieces of chicken in a nice curry sauce...very good 'curry' flavour, not that much heat/spiciness*sigh*oh well. Then we walked over to a popular shop(we had to que up out on the sidewalk)that has homemade ice cream.

Hmm 21 C here right now, that's good! Listening to Buddy Guy's Too Broke To Spend The Night. But yeah, I should& do some catching up toos'n'es hun & take care alright!

Hmm "the it"? I think I was going to type 'the rationing' & then decided to just say 'it'(meaning of course the rationing thing/situation).

Birhday meal sounded lovely and it is great to catch up with old friends.I believe strongly that Birthdays should be celebrated with great vigour because we all deserve a special day at least once a year
Well it was really another nice warm sunny day here againI could really get used to this!
Have to go and deliver a wedding gift I bought for the family wedding so that will be part of my weekend.I don't know what else I will be doing but will see what mood takes me
