Because when you are trying to wean yourself off something, you don't instigate contact with said thing.
It's worse than giving up smoking!
That sounds awful, but it's true.
I'm not actually too unhappy at the moment.
There's a lot going on in RL.
I've got an affectionate friend, and I am seeing another man but that hasn't got past +and it won't. He's a good friend but I don't fancy him.
Then there's Gorgeous Gavin...
Now, if he would just give me *one* sign that he is interested
I may be resigning here

Here's hoping GB
Just realised it's ben about a month since I last checked in, even though I'm still single. Just had more important things than the fairer sex on my mind.

Good work on the exams, Croz. for that.
Frightening though struck me last week. Two anniversaries for me within just a couple of days.
Friday marked the 2nd anniversary for me being in Scotland, although not that bad an anniversary.
However, around this time of the month of June also marks the anniversary (and it's too depressing to think which anniversary it is) of me being qualified for this thread. And that is an anniversary that I could in all honesty live without.

I've been here 18 hours.
And I *still* don't want to go to bed.
I have bad RSI and my back aches.
Just one more post.....

Lookie.. New smileys.
GB, it does not depress me that you have a date. I think it's great. And I'm also too tired to be depressed.
And if that wasn't enough, I'm heading off for football practice tonight, which will most likely leave me and battered.
Not that I'm complaining, though.
