Some questions about Life, the Universe and Everything.
The first fact about life, is that we have death. The second thing about life, is that we have taxes. But I like the third thing about life...and that is we have fun!!
Humour is a great healer...and I like to think I could be one of it's avid practitioners. Seriousness does have it's place...but so does silliness and play.
But it does have to be with like minded people...and it does take practice..and humour comes in many different forms.
Being British...I know of irony, dry humour, dark humour *my favorite*, eccebtric humour, innendo and sick humour. But I have had to learn to temper some humour, so as not to cause offense. But I like to challenge attitutes through humour as well, and do so as my role of a Registered Nurse, to break the ice a little, and in an effort to lighten someone's day.
I am tired...and have rambled on enough.
